These Terms &Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Anadyr Horizon Inc. (“Anadyr Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website (the “Site”) and any tools, content, demos, or simulations made available through it.
These Terms apply across all subdomains, links, forms, products, and services under
anadyr-horizon.com and anadyr.ai, even if not individually referenced on a given
subpage.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please
discontinue use. These Terms govern your use of:
All website content, forms, and embedded simulations.
Any communications initiated via the site (e.g., demo inquiries).
Open Horizon Briefings, Horizon Runprints, or other simulation outputs.
License and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license
to use our Site for informational and evaluation purposes only.
You may not:
Copy, alter, or reverse engineer any part of our systems.
Use any simulation output for regulatory filings or operational decision-making without explicit agreement.
Introduce malicious code or attempt to access restricted areas.
Use simulation outputs as final policy or investment advice.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, simulation frameworks (e.g., ASI, Horizon Runprints), trademarks,
and associated visual elements are the exclusive property of Anadyr Horizon and
protected by intellectual property laws.
No license is granted to you beyond the limited right to view or interact with materials as
explicitly allowed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all materials, including simulation outputs, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that:
The Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
Simulation results are definitive or suitable for operational use.
Outputs will be timely, accurate, or complete under all conditions.
Use of simulation content is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability

Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that simulation outputs, including but not limited to Horizon Runprints, ASI-generated insights, or North Star visualizations, are for exploratory and informational purposes only and are not designed or warranted to serve as definitive forecasts or final guidance for real-world action.
In jurisdictions where exclusions or limitations of liability are restricted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law.
In all cases, Anadyr Horizon’s total cumulative liability for any claim or series of related claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (i) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or (ii) the total amount paid by you (if any) for access to the Site or related services within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Compliance and User Representations
You agree that:
You will comply with all applicable export control, security, and privacy laws.
You will not use the Site to transmit sensitive national security data or proprietary trade secrets.
You are acting on behalf of a legitimate organization or research entity.
We may refuse access or remove content at our sole discretion.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any submitted materials if we believe you violated these Terms, acted maliciously, or misrepresented your identity.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here and take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance.
