This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Anadyr Horizon Inc. (“Anadyr Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, processes, and uses your Personal Information in relation to Anadyr Horizon products, services, events, contracts, mobile applications, websites, including andyr-horizon.com and anadyr.ai, (the “Sites”), and services accessed through the Sites and mobile applications, including but not limited to North Star, that reference this Privacy Policy (together "Anadyr Horizon Services" or the “Services”). Personal Information is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, or as otherwise defined under applicable law. 


Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to Anadyr Horizon’s collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and other information as set forth herein. If you do not consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services in any way.


Privacy Policy Updates
We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy at any time, by posting an amended Privacy Policy on the Sites. Your continued use of the Services after any revisions means you consent to and accept the revised Privacy Policy. 

Collection of Information:

We obtain Personal Information and other information about you from a variety of sources. This includes Personal Information you provide to us, information we gather through automated means, and information we obtain from other sources. 

Information you provide to us:

We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use the Services which may include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • User ID

  • Password

  • Job title

  • Organization

  • Military rank

  • Seniority level

  • Organizational sector

  • Any other content voluntarily submitted via forms or communication tools

Automatically Collected Information:

By choosing to use the Services, you agree to provide Anadyr Horizon with certain information which is automatically created, collected, and recorded when you use the Services (collectively “Usage Information”). Anadyr Horizon uses third parties, including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Wix, and Sentry, to collect Usage Information which may include Personal Information, as described below: 

  • IP address

  • Browser type 

  • Operating system

  • Screen resolution

  • Language

  • Internet service provider

  • Client id

  • Device type

  • Websites you visited before and after visiting the Sites

  • Web pages and files viewed, time spent on them and links clicked

  • Scrolling behavior and related usage data

  • Searches performed

  • Geographic region

  • Date and time stamps associated with your usage

Cookies and Other Online Tracking Technologies:

Anadyr Horizon and our third party analytics and service providers, including Google, Sentry, Mixpanel, and Wix, use cookies and similar technologies such as pixels, web beacons, access logs, and local storage to collect Personal Information and Usage Information related to your online behavior and activities. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer. 

 

We use the following types of Cookies: (i) strictly necessary cookies which are necessary for the Sites to function; (ii) functionality cookies which enhance user experience by remembering preferences and settings in order to personalize website interactions; and (iii) analytics cookies which allow us to count visits, traffic sources, interactions with our Sites and information about your device so we can measure and improve our Sites. We may also use advertising cookies, which may be set through our providers and used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads.

 

Our Sites and mobile applications may include social media features, such as the LinkedIn widget. These features may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Site. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies to accomplish this. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

 

Most browsers provide you with the ability to block, delete, or disable cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, some features and functionality of the Sites may be limited or unavailable. Information From Other Sources:

If you interact with us through a third party social media platform (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram), in addition to the information that you provide, we may obtain information about you that you have permitted those services to share with us, consistent with your privacy settings for that third party account.

How We Use Personal Information:

Anadyr Horizon uses the information collected, including Personal Information, for a variety of purposes, including to:

  • Respond to demo requests and inquiries

  • Screen and evaluate eligibility for early-access tools (e.g., Red Horizon)

  • Fulfill our agreements with you

  • Improve our simulations, site, and security

  • Send you e-mails and newsletters if you subscribe to them

  • Analyze trends and user interaction including interaction with our emails

  • Provide you with additional information about our services

  • Send you email messages including newsletters

  • Operate and improve the Services

  • Notify you about certain changes to the Site

  • Protect our rights, privacy, safety and property and the rights, privacy, safety and property of others

  • Enforce our Terms of Use 

  • In other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection

Sharing Personal Information:

Service Providers

We engage certain third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, including without limitation, technology and infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS - cloud hosting, Wix - website creation, and OpenAI), data analysis  (e.g. Google, Mixpanel, Wix and Sentry), customer relations and support, payment processing, email platforms, and marketing and social media services.  We may share your Personal Information and Usage Data with these third parties but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services and subject to their confidentiality commitments.

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/EEA, California), you may have rights to:

Access or export your data
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion (with limits)
Withdraw consent
Object to certain processing

Do Not Track:

Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits information to websites you visit indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. Anadyr does not sell or share, as defined by relevant laws regarding targeted or behavioral advertising, your personal information collected through the Services to third parties. Therefore, we do not recognize “Do Not Track” or GPC signals.

Data Security:

We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. This includes but is not limited to access restrictions, encryption, and audit logs. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information, or that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACHES OF SECURITY, DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE, OR ANY LOSS OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR OTHER DATA.

International Transfers:

Our operations, servers, and partners may be located in the United States and other jurisdictions. By interacting with our Services, you consent to your Personal Information being processed in locations where data protection laws may be less comprehensive than those in your home jurisdiction.

Third-Party Services:

The Sites may contain links to third party platforms (e.g., analytics dashboards, demo scheduling, partner tools). Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to such third party platforms. These services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Therefore, you should be aware when you leave the Sites and review the privacy practices and policies of such third parties prior to providing your Personal Information in connection with such platforms.

Children’s Privacy:

Our services are intended for professionals and organizations and are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16 years of age.

Retention:

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes.

Additional Information for California residents:

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with the following rights regarding the collection and processing of their Personal Information. 

  • Right to know what Personal Information is collected and how it is used and shared

  • Right to correct inaccurate Personal Information

  • Right to delete Personal Information

  • Right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information

  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights under the CCPA

When you submit your request through an authorized agent, we may require that you: provide us a copy of your written permission for the authorized agent to submit the request; and verify your own identity directly with us.

California “Shine the Light” Law:

California’s “Shine The Light” law permits residents of California to annually request a list of their Personal Information (if any) that Anadyr Horizon disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. At this time, Anadyr Horizon does not share any Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Additional Information for EU/EEA and UK residents:

The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK GDPR provide residents  of the EU/EEA and UK respectively with certain rights and protections regarding the collection and processing of their Personal Information. 

Legal basis for processing:

We process your Personal Information under the following legal bases:

  • Consent: You have given clear consent for us to process your Personal Information for a specific purpose.

  • Contract: Processing is necessary for a contract we have with you or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

  • Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

  • Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided your rights and interests do not override those interests.

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, you have rights regarding your Personal Information, including the right to:
